Strategies to Operationalize Health Equity in State and Territorial Health Departments

This column presents a technical package of interventions that have been prioritized at ASTHO to support state health equity efforts. We also present an approach to working with rural and frontier communities, as well as a policy statement we have developed to support efforts to address structural racism at the public health agency level.
