The National League of Cities (NLC) has created a toolkit to help community leaders communicate to residents who have been unable or have been hesitant to become fully vaccinated. The toolkit was created to support the COVID-19 vaccine partnership between YMCA of the USA and NLC. NLC and the YMCA recognize that vaccinations are the best tool for ensuring cities, schools, and workplaces are open and can stay open, while lowering rates of virus spread and preventable death.
