CDC’s new mobile health app My Family Health Portrait: Cancer helps people collect their family’s history of cancer.
Before implementation of this project, the State Tobacco Quit Line had been accessed by less than 0.5% of estimated tobacco users in Central Oregon. Partners addressed underutilization by supporting electronic referral of tobacco-using primary care patients.
